Yoga can increase circulation, alleviate joint pain from arthritis, promote a healthy mindset, reduce high blood pressure, promote relaxation, and reduce tension using the support of a chair. Discover Psychology

Led by Dr. Hank Kaplowitz who recently retired from 42 years of service at Kean University and was the founding Director of the Human Rights Institute at Kean University. The weekly class will focus on many major social psychologists who were Jewish and often drew ideas from the Torah and the Talmud. (Tuesdays in the Fall) 10:15 am FREE to Members. Guests - $5 per session
